24Kt Gold PVD Titanium Internally Threaded Spike Ends Circular Barbell. Both ends are removable and thread off. Threading 16g M0.9, 14g M1.2. 3mm Spikes.

Our internally threaded circular barbells are an essential tool in any piercer's box - and a versatile piece of jewelry that can be worn in many different piercings. Choose from a selection of gauges, widths, and either a 3mm or 4mm ball size.

We have corresponding mill certificates for these styles which can be located on our website once logged in. The certificate includes the heat # & lot # for traceability.

Made from implant-grade titanium Ti-6AL-4V-ELI ASTM F136 and coated with 24K gold through the Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) process.

The PVD process fuses pure gold to the titanium at the atomic level, creating a nickel-free, chemically stable surface that won’t peel, tarnish, or react with the skin. It’s safe for long-term wear and ideal for healed piercings.

The 24K Gold PVD layer is highly resistant to scratches, fading, and discoloration. Because it bonds directly with the titanium surface, it maintains its radiant, golden shine and smooth feel through continuous wear.
