Delivery Schedule:

We endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours and you will be notified by email that the goods have been shipped with a tracking number.

In the rare case that your ordered item is not in stock you will be contacted with alternatives (if possible) and the option of a full refund. Upon request, you can be notified when and item is back in stock. If you are in urgent need of a particular item please contact us via enquiries@pierceoff.com.au and we can advise on availability.

All gold items may take up to 14-28 working days to be manufactured and delivered back into our warehouse. You will be notified if your custom piece has to be manufactured, and depending on the price may be asked to confirm the order as no returns will be accepted for custom products.

Tax Charges: All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars and include the applicable rate of GST. All international orders are GST free. Orders from within Australia with incur the GST tax and the breakdown of this will be displayed on the final checkout page. (GST Tax is subject to change)

PierceOff is not responsible for any import, customs duties and/or taxes for international orders, nor are we responsible for the failure of customs to clear the order.

Sale and Clearance Items: Any sale or clearance items are whilst stocks last unless otherwise indicated.

Returns Policy: Due to the nature of the products, we cannot exchange or refund purchased products if you have changed your mind. We do accept the return of faulty goods for credit or replacement. You must contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order to advise us if you have received faulty goods. We will either offer a replacement, full refund, credit or substitution at our discretion.

Please note that original shipping costs will only be refunded in extenuating circumstances.

Methods of Payment: All orders are pre-paid. We accept credit card, debit card or Paypal.

We accept the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and Debit Card. (No American Express/AMEX) We require the cardholder’s name, address, the credit card number, expiry date and the CCV (the last 3 digits of the number on the signature strip of your credit card).

Please note that our online checkout is secure and that we do not store your credit card number.

Pierceoff Points Rewards Program:

Pierceoff Points are not redeemable for cash.  If Pierceoff Points are not used within 730 days from the date of the order that they were accrued on, they will expire.  Minimum amount to redeem is $1, maximum redeem amount at once is $10 and Pierceoff Points must be redeemed in whole dollars.  Pierceoff Points are accrued based on the total of the order minus any shipping costs and after any discounts have been applied.

Pierceoff provides an online shop via the Pierceoff website which is operated wholly by Pierceoff (the “Company”, “we” or “us”) for users (“you”). This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy with respect to information that is collected from visitors to the pierceoff.com.au web site, or when you use any of pierceoff.com.au's other services. Under applicable law, Pierceoff is the “data controller” of personal data collected through the website.

Pierceoff.com.au collects personal information when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you place an order on pierceoff.com.au, or register for a pierceoff.com.au account or register for the newsletter. Information we collect may include but not be limited to username, email address, and any messages or other content you send via the contact us page.

Information you supply when placing an order will only be used in fullfillment of that order. For your convenience, we store this information for future potential orders. This information is only accessible using your password that you set when registering for the first time.

If you choose to register to our newsletter, you will receive email messages from pierceoff.com.au only.

  • Data We Collect Automatically: When you interact with us through the website, we receive and store certain information such as an IP address, device ID, and your activities within the website. This is for traffic reporting purposes and is standard practise.  We may store such information or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by affiliates, agents or service providers.
