RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with PierceOff Australia!

ALL RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE RETURNING TO OUR WAREHOUSE.

We do not accept unauthorised returns and all returned orders that have not been approved will be held at our warehouse without refund or return at our discretion. All returns are required to be sent back with tracked/registered shipping and the tracking number must also be supplied to us prior to sending the package. To be eligible for returns and due to the nature of the products all items must not be removed from their sealed plastic packaging before being returned.

Within 30 days of receipt, you may be eligible to return your product for a refund given your item is unused and unopened and in the original packaging as received without any tampering.

Items returned must include all relevant documents – Invoice and copy of the email authorising the return/exchange.

Any returns found to be opened, used or have signs of damage will immediately void the refund/exchange.

Our return policy does not cover change of mind or compatibility issues. We will charge a restocking fee of 10% of the RRP and issue a credit on your account which can then be used towards exchanging the sizing or purchasing a different product.

Please note that original shipping costs will only be refunded in extenuating circumstances.

AFTERPAY Returns are eligible and either single items or a whole order return is accepted. If you return your items before your first instalment is paid the amounts equal to your order will be removed from your Afterpay plan and you will not have to pay for them. If the payments have already been made when you return the items, the amounts equal to your returned pieces will be removed from your payment plan and/or the initial payments refunded. If you choose to return certain items from your order and keep others, we will remove the returned items from your Afterpay plan and your final instalment amounts will be adjusted or cancelled depending on the return amount. You will be able to view this on your Afterpay payment schedule.

If you would like to return your item, please email us at enquiries@pierceoff.com.au with your full name, order number and reason for return. The subject line must be ‘Returns Request: (Full Name)’.

Please note that all our items are sold singularly unless otherwise stated. All our items are supplied in factory condition, new and unused. Our items are not pre sterilised unless stated on the original manufactures packaging and where this packaging has not been damaged in any way.

SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

We offer Registered and Express Shipping to the whole of Australia - All orders will be dispatched via courier or Australia Post. Please read the below disclaimer before placing your order. We endeavour to dispatch all our orders within 1-2 Business Days and please note that Express Post items will have higher priority than Standard orders. We do not offer a guarantee that your order will be dispatched if it is placed before a certain time. Please see the Aus Post website for more information.

DISCLAIMER (WHOLE WORLD):
Standard Post’s estimated delivery times are 2-8 business days (according to Australia Post) however we have experienced it taking anywhere up to and over 28 business days to arrive, especially in remote areas. All delivery times and methods are completely up to Australia Post, as soon as we dispatch our orders it is out of our hands. If your order takes over 10 business days to arrive (or over the maximum estimated delivery time) after being dispatched, please email us at enquiries@pierceoff.com.au. Any returns, refunds or exchanges for lost items are completely up to the discretion of PierceOff.
